  I keep getting busy signal when I try to call. Front office staff not overly friendly, I get the feeling they don't like what they do very much.UPDATE Nov 2017 Since my review, the staff situation has improved, they answer the phones all the time now. Also they we're able to fit me in on very short notice and they are now open on Saturdays. Dr Boyd is great! Very knowledgeable.

  I took my daughter here to be seen for the first time and she had forgotten her id. I only live 15 min away so I asked if I could go get it and come right back. I left my 18 year old daughter there to fill out her paperwork and when I got back, they tell me we have to reschedule for next month because I arrived 10 min late. This was completely unacceptable considering I have waited over an hour in the waiting room for my own appointments in the past. So, after keeping my daughter home from school and wasting gas driving back n fourth twice, they wouldn't budge at all about seeing my daughter. I would not recommend this Dr's office to anyone. We will be looking for a new one asap! This was a very bad experience overall. We came back for a second visit and they refused to see her again stating her insurance was no good. We called the insurance company and they told us her insurance was fine so we had to reschedule yet again for the following day. We come the next day, sit in waiting room an hour, get called back and sit there another hour. Kinda funny how its a double standard if they are running late but we run 5 min late and they want to refuse to see you.
